Our story
Roberto Sandoval founded Chicago Heating and Cooling in 1987 on North LaSalle Street after years of working as a journeyman technician for a major HVAC firm. He started with just a van, a toolbox, and a strong belief that every job should be done right the first time — a value passed down through his son Miguel, who now leads the team. Today, the business serves both residential and light commercial clients throughout Chicago’s downtown core and surrounding neighborhoods.
